Delivery to Canada is CA$48, and free once your order reaches CA$276. Checkout creates your order and the confirmation email explains how to pay; we ship once payment clears and send tracking to the address you gave. Where a price says duties paid, import duty is already included -- nothing extra is collected when it arrives, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
