An honest map of how this store works

Pages like this one usually open with a founding year and a photograph of somebody in a white coat. This one opens with the mechanics: what Essential meds sells, how an order is paid for and packed, where it goes — and the things we deliberately do not do.

Step by step

How an order works

Five steps, in order, because the order is the part that matters — the third one is where this store differs from most, and the fourth is the one that decides when your parcel actually leaves.

  1. 1

    Find it

Search by brand, by molecule, or by the plain-English thing you are trying to sort out. Every listing shows its formats, strengths and pack sizes on one page.

  2. 2

    Place the order

Choose your market first — it sets the currency, the shipping charge and whether duties are already included. The order summary is the number that counts.

  3. 3

    Pay away from this website

We send payment instructions after the order exists. Nothing is charged at checkout, because there is nothing here to charge with.

  4. 4

    We check, then we pack

A person verifies the payment and records it against the order. Only then does it move to preparation — which is why this step, not the order date, starts the clock.

  5. 5

    It travels

Plain outer packaging, tracking by email where the carrier provides it, and a 15–20 day estimate after dispatch that we print rather than hide.

In our own words

What Essential meds is

Essential Meds is an online store for health and wellness products. You browse a catalogue, compare the formats and pack sizes a product comes in, and place an order that is paid for and dispatched through a process we explain step by step rather than ask you to trust.

That is the whole of it. There is no clinic behind this page, no consultation, and no one here deciding what you should be taking. What we are responsible for is the part between a listing and a parcel: describing a product accurately, pricing it honestly for your market, and getting it to you — or telling you plainly when we cannot.

What is in the catalogue

Products are organised across areas such as everyday wellness, skin and hair care, men's and women's health, and ongoing health needs. Each listing shows what the catalogue holds for that product: the formats it comes in, the available strengths, the pack sizes, and the price for the market you have selected.

Where a product exists in several strengths, they sit together on one page rather than as separate listings pretending to be different products — so you can see that a 5 mg and a 10 mg are the same thing at two doses, and switch between them without losing your place.

Availability varies by destination. We accept orders only for the countries and markets currently enabled in the storefront, and a product listed for one market is not automatically available in another.

What a product page is, and what it is not

A listing exists to help you identify a product and understand what you would be ordering. It is general information, and it is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. Before ordering or using any medicine, speak to a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history, and follow the label and leaflet supplied with the product rather than anything written here.

Photographs are for identification. Packaging design, tablet appearance and printed inserts change between production batches, so what arrives may not look identical to the picture — the product is the same, the box may not be. Where a listing shows a price alongside a struck-through figure, the higher number is a comparison price for that same listing and not a claim about any other retailer.

We would rather a page said less and was right than said more and was flattering. If something on a listing looks wrong to you, tell us — that is genuinely useful, and we would rather fix a page than defend it.

Prescriptions

Some products require a valid prescription in the destination country. Where that applies you can upload one — a PDF or a clear photograph — and our team reviews it and comes back to you by email if anything further is needed.

Requirements differ from country to country and they change. Checking what applies where you live is your responsibility, not something the storefront can work out for you, and we would rather say that plainly at the start than discover it at customs.

How we handle support

Questions reach a person. Ask before you order rather than after — about a pack size, a market, a delivery estimate, whether something is available where you are — and you will get a straight answer, including “we do not know” when that is the honest one.

If something goes wrong with an order, the fastest route is an email with your order number and, where relevant, a photograph. What happens next is written down in full: the return and refund policy covers damaged, incorrect, delayed and missing orders, and the cancellation policy covers an order you want to stop. Neither page hides the awkward parts.

Contact us

For product, order, or policy questions, email care@essentialmedicine.store, or use the contact form. Include your order number if your question is about an order — it saves a round trip.

The other half of the answer

Four things we do not do

An About page is usually a list of promises. These are the opposite — limits we have chosen, written down so you can hold us to them.

  • We never ask for your card

There is no card field anywhere in this checkout, so there is no card number stored here to lose. Payment is arranged separately, after the order exists.

  • We do not give medical advice

Not in a product description, not in a guide, not in chat. What goes on a listing is what the catalogue says it is. Whether it is right for you is a conversation for you and a qualified professional.

  • We do not promise a delivery date

International parcels cross borders and sit in customs queues nobody controls. We publish the honest 15–20 day estimate and tell you when to chase us, instead of a date we would have to apologise for.

  • We do not sell your information

Not to advertisers, not to anyone. What we collect is what an order needs, and the privacy policy lists it line by line rather than in the abstract.

Where we ship

6 markets, each priced on its own terms

Every market has its own currency and its own shipping rules, and prices are set for it rather than converted from somewhere else at a live rate. Where a market is labelled duties-paid, the import duty is already inside the price you see — nobody arrives at your door asking for more.

The fine print, unhidden

Read it before you need it

Policies are usually written to be skipped. Ours are written to be read, with the awkward parts near the top — what cannot be returned, what a refund does not cover, when a cancellation is already too late.

Ask us anything before you order

A question about a pack size, a market, a delivery estimate or a prescription is worth asking before the order rather than after it. Real people answer, and “we do not know” is an answer we are willing to give.
