In our own words
What Essential meds is
Essential Meds is an online store for health and wellness products. You browse a catalogue, compare the formats and pack sizes a product comes in, and place an order that is paid for and dispatched through a process we explain step by step rather than ask you to trust.
That is the whole of it. There is no clinic behind this page, no consultation, and no one here deciding what you should be taking. What we are responsible for is the part between a listing and a parcel: describing a product accurately, pricing it honestly for your market, and getting it to you — or telling you plainly when we cannot.
What is in the catalogue
Products are organised across areas such as everyday wellness, skin and hair care, men's and women's health, and ongoing health needs. Each listing shows what the catalogue holds for that product: the formats it comes in, the available strengths, the pack sizes, and the price for the market you have selected.
Where a product exists in several strengths, they sit together on one page rather than as separate listings pretending to be different products — so you can see that a 5 mg and a 10 mg are the same thing at two doses, and switch between them without losing your place.
Availability varies by destination. We accept orders only for the countries and markets currently enabled in the storefront, and a product listed for one market is not automatically available in another.
What a product page is, and what it is not
A listing exists to help you identify a product and understand what you would be ordering. It is general information, and it is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. Before ordering or using any medicine, speak to a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history, and follow the label and leaflet supplied with the product rather than anything written here.
Photographs are for identification. Packaging design, tablet appearance and printed inserts change between production batches, so what arrives may not look identical to the picture — the product is the same, the box may not be. Where a listing shows a price alongside a struck-through figure, the higher number is a comparison price for that same listing and not a claim about any other retailer.
We would rather a page said less and was right than said more and was flattering. If something on a listing looks wrong to you, tell us — that is genuinely useful, and we would rather fix a page than defend it.
Prescriptions
Some products require a valid prescription in the destination country. Where that applies you can upload one — a PDF or a clear photograph — and our team reviews it and comes back to you by email if anything further is needed.
Requirements differ from country to country and they change. Checking what applies where you live is your responsibility, not something the storefront can work out for you, and we would rather say that plainly at the start than discover it at customs.
How we handle support
Questions reach a person. Ask before you order rather than after — about a pack size, a market, a delivery estimate, whether something is available where you are — and you will get a straight answer, including “we do not know” when that is the honest one.
If something goes wrong with an order, the fastest route is an email with your order number and, where relevant, a photograph. What happens next is written down in full: the return and refund policy covers damaged, incorrect, delayed and missing orders, and the cancellation policy covers an order you want to stop. Neither page hides the awkward parts.
