Look at what the product actually is — creatine, a multivitamin, a protein powder — plus any third-party certification mark on the label such as NSF Certified for Sport or USP Verified, the serving size, and how many servings the tub or bottle holds.

Delivery to Canada is CA$48, and free once your order reaches CA$276. Checkout creates your order and the confirmation email explains how to pay; we ship once payment clears and send tracking to the address you gave. Where a price says duties paid, import duty is already included -- nothing extra is collected when it arrives, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
