Overview

Acitrom 2 mg Tablet contains Acenocoumarol, an oral anticoagulant (blood thinner) belonging to the class of vitamin K antagonists. It is used to prevent and treat harmful blood clots in conditions such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE), and to prevent stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation or mechanical heart valves. Acitrom works by inhibiting the synthesis of vitamin K-dependent clotting factors, reducing the blood’s ability to clot.

How to Use
