Overview

Flixonase Nasal Spray 0.05% w/w contains Fluticasone Propionate, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation in the nasal passages. It is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, and nasal congestion. This medication is suitable for both seasonal and perennial allergies in adults and children aged 4 years and above.

How to Use
  • Before initial use, prime the spray by releasing several sprays into the air.
  • Insert the nozzle into one nostril, closing the other nostril.
  • While breathing in gently through the nose, press down firmly on the pump to release a spray.
  • Repeat in the other nostril.
  • After use, wipe the nozzle and replace the cap.
  • Follow the specific instructions provided by your healthcare provider.
Dosage Information
  • Adults and children over 12 years: Two sprays into each nostril once daily, preferably in the morning. In some cases, two sprays into each nostril twice daily may be required. The maximum daily dose should not exceed four sprays into each nostril.
  • Children aged 4 to 11 years: One spray into each nostril once daily, preferably in the morning. In some cases, one spray into each nostril twice daily may be required. The maximum daily dose should not exceed two sprays into each nostril.
  • Elderly: The normal adult dosage is applicable.
