Nexpro (Esomeprazole) Tablets 20 mg are proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) used to reduce gastric acid secretion. Esomeprazole is the S-isomer of omeprazole and provides more consistent acid suppression. It is commonly prescribed for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, peptic ulcers, and acid-related dyspepsia.
