Yaz is a combined oral contraceptive pill containing Drospirenone (3mg) and Ethinylestradiol (0.02mg). It is primarily used to prevent pregnancy by regulating hormone levels to inhibit ovulation. In addition, Yaz helps in managing acne and symptoms of premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
