Duoluton L Tablets combine Ethinyl Estradiol and Levonorgestrel, synthetic versions of estrogen and progestin, respectively. This combination oral contraceptive is primarily used for birth control and also prescribed for various hormonal disorders including irregular menstrual cycles, amenorrhea, and certain cases of endometriosis or hormonal imbalance. Duoluton L works by preventing ovulation and creating changes in cervical mucus and the endometrium, making it harder for sperm to reach the uterus or for a fertilized egg to implant.

How to Use

Take one tablet daily, preferably at the same time each day, for 21 consecutive days, followed by a 7-day tablet-free interval. A new pack should be started after the 7-day break, regardless of whether menstruation has started or not.
