Ovral L is a combined oral contraceptive tablet containing Ethinyl Estradiol (0.03 mg) and Levonorgestrel (0.15 mg). It is primarily used to prevent pregnancy by inhibiting ovulation and altering the cervical mucus and uterine lining to reduce the likelihood of fertilization and implantation.
