How to Use

  • Genital herpes (recurrent episode): 500 mg twice daily for 3–5 days
  • Chronic suppression (frequent outbreaks): 1 g once daily
  • Cold sores: 2 g twice in one day (12 hours apart)
  • Renal impairment: Dose adjustment required
  • Note: Dosage may vary depending on patient factors and physician guidance.
