How to Use
  • Take one Xarelto 15 mg tablet once a day with food

Dosage Information

  • Typically 15 mg twice daily for the first 3 weeks, followed by 15 mg once daily for long-term treatment
  • For the prevention of stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (AFib):
  • 15 mg once daily after an initial treatment phase with a higher dose (as determined by your doctor)

  • Do not take if you have an active bleeding disorder or conditions such as internal bleeding, brain bleeding, or gastrointestinal bleeding
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Xarelto should be avoided during pregnancy and is not recommended for use while breastfeeding. Consult your doctor for alternatives if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
